Laughter and Somatic Movement

Laughter and somatic movement is based on Laughter Yoga, and combines, breath work, sounding, movement and mindfulness to generate a sense of fun, playfulness and wellbeing and connectedness to others.

Breath, sounding and movement work on a somatic (body) level to help regulate your nervous system and promote a sense of physical, emotional & mental health & wellbeing. It also builds confidence by encouraging self-expression, creativity and playfulness.

It is ideal for teams, celebratory and corporate events. I offer workshops on a one off basis or as part of a regular programme in person or online.
